was the first person to leave me a negative on ebay, after four years, and 7700 positives; in fact, this blackmailer left me 5 negatives and 6 neutrals because I wouldn’t replace ‘damaged’ books until I received the ‘damaged’ books back from him. 

He appealed to PAYPAL, and I immediately told Paypal that I believed he was lying, but nevertheless I said I would abide by any decision they demanded from me.  PayPal acknowledge my graciousness, released the total funds back to me, and told Wolna, he had to ship the ‘damaged’ books back to me, and I would replace them.  

OLAF WOLNA was hoping to keep $$$ and the books, another liar I’ve had the misfortune of having to deal with. 

Wolna made a claim that has never happened to me in 27 years of shipping. He claimed that all 11 books that I shipped to him in two parcels were damaged...that is 100% of the shipment was damaged. This is unthinkable, and has/can't happen!! How is that possible???

So I asked him to provide digital pictures of each book so that I may confirm the damage, and then please return the three books that were 'damaged' beyond acceptability, and I would of course replace them.  He goes to PayPal, and they tell him the very same thing that I already offered to do. 

Therefore, he lost his claim…he couldn’t keep the books, the extra books, and the money.  So he blasted me with feedback leaving me 100% neutral or negative, on the whole transaction.  Only a low life, scumbag would do something like this…truly a HAM-BURGLAR!!!

What follow is first of all, all my contacts with PAYPAL, and then the feedback he left me.  PLEASE NOTE:  On January 30, I told Paypal, “I AM WILLING TO CONFORM TO ANYTHING THAT PAYPAL REQUIRES OF ME, INCLUDING REPLACING THE DAMAGED BOOKS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE I MUST DO SO THAT THIS MAY HAVE A PEACEFUL, HOPINGLY FAVORABLE CONCLUSION. SINCERELY, EDWARD LABATE.” Yet, the very first negative he leaves states a very clear and obvious, boldface LIE;

Vendor refused to send this book!!! - black sheep - BEWARE !

Liars/Thieves/Blackmailers like Olaf Wolna are the reason many USA dealers won’t ship internationally.  Until Olaf Wolna, I’ve had 100% satisfaction and made many wonderful friends and contacts.  I’ve been very lucky and fortunate with all my International clients, and I assure all, one OLAF WOLNA couldn’t sour me on all my wonderful and dear international friends.

Soll das bedeuten, dass der Verkäufer auf einmal bereit ist, mir alle 11 Bücher zu ersetzen? (Habe ich nicht verlangt.) Warum tut er sich dann so schwer, mir 3 Bücher zu ersetzen (und das vierte fehlende Buch natürlich auch)? Leider kann ich dem Verkäufer nicht trauen. Ich bezweifele, dass er mir die Bücher zusendet, wenn ich ihm vorher die Bücher zurückschicke, weil er das in unseren Emails von einer Erstattung durch die Post abhängig gemacht hatte. Die wird er aber nicht bekommen, da die Sendung nicht versichert war. Außerdem nimmt er die ganze Angelegenheit sehr persönlich und scheint überhaupt nicht mehr zu wissen, was richtig und falsch ist - sowohl rechtlich als auch moralisch. Nochmals: Er verweigert mir sogar die Zusendung des fehlenden Buchs! Wie kann ich ihm da noch glauben, dass er mir 4 Bücher senden wird, wenn er momentan nicht mal 1 Buch schicken will? Ich habe es doch bezahlt!

Die Antwort des Verkäufers ist leider genauso irrational wie seine Antworten, die ich direkt per Email mit ihm ausgetauscht hatte. Ich möchte KEIN Geld, sondern die von mir bezahlten Bücher! Bitte einfach die Bücher zusenden. Dann sende ich die beschädigten Bücher zurück. (Der Verkäufer kann nicht das Geld UND die Bücher haben und ich gar nichts mehr.) So ließe sich die Angelegenheit ganz einfach klären. Im übrigen gibt es absolut keinen Grund, warum der Verkäufer sich weigern könnte, mir das fehlende Buch zu schicken. Bitte Mr. Labate, werden Sie endlich vernünftig und tun Sie das, wozu Sie rechtlich und auch moralisch verpflichtet sind: Unseren Vertrag erfüllen, d.h. mir alle Bücher und in dem Zustand wie beschrieben zu verschaffen.

Der Verkäufer verlangt, dass ich ihn zuerst bei ALLEN Transaktionen positiv bewerte und "RECEIVED" angebe, bevor er mir die 4 Bücher zusendet. Auch für das fehlende Buch verlangt er dieses! Das ist ungeheuerlich und ein Erpressungsversuch und eine Manipulation des Ebay Bewertungssystems und schlicht die Unwahrheit. Ich lasse mich aber nicht erpressen, helfe nicht, seine Bewertungen zu manipulieren und lüge nicht. Ich habe ihm nie mit negativen Bewertungen gedroht und werde ihn positiv bewerten, wenn die Angelegenheit ein positives Ende gefunden hat, d.h. wenn ich die 4 Bücher habe. Die 3 beschädigten Bücher sende ich anschließend gerne zurück. Wenn ich das vorher täte, hätte er das Geld UND die Bücher und ich nichts mehr in der Hand. Außerdem läuft dann vermutlich die Frist für Ansprüche gegen ihn ab. Übrigens sind ALLE Bücher beschädigt, aber ich akzeptiere sie bis auf 3 Bücher (Kompromiss). Bitte überzeugen Sie ihn davon, dass er mir die 4 Bücher - gut verpackt, so dass sie nicht beim Versand beschädigt werden - zuschicken muss, um unseren Vertrag zu erfüllen.
